I partner with the leadership of start-up and small to mid-sized companies experiencing growth or change that is significant, accelerated, or disruptive.  The leaders with whom I work strive to be thoughtful and purposeful about the cultures they create and intend to develop teams and their organizations accordingly. Often their teams have been charged with breakout performance and are struggling with achieving optimal effectiveness due to factors such as team dynamics, communication gaps, conflict, and other distractions.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work with leaders who strive to value their people.  Their companies have been at the peak of their industries and have allowed me to develop in the roles I performed. Most recently, after returning to Reata Pharmaceuticals from a few years consulting in the talent development space, I served as the Sr. Director of Learning & Development. At 2M Companies, my focus was on Culture & People Development, before joining 2M, I served as Director of Organizational Development at Reata Pharmaceuticals where I was responsible for leading team development and performance excellence as the company grew fourfold. Before that, I spent over 10 years in leadership development and career management consulting, first with Lee Hecht Harrison and then with PDI Ninth House. I earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Texas A&M and a Master of Counselor Education from the University of North Texas.
